Who are we?
We are a group of mainstream Christians who simply seek to follow the teachings of the Bible and Jesus. We enjoy meeting together to encourage one another in our Christian lives and want to share our faith with others. We come from all walks of life and have a wide spectrum of ages.
The Leaders
John Knight

John, who is a Guildfordian, became a Christian at the age of 7 and was baptised when he was 14. He became a leader at Manor Road Hall in 1977 and throughout his time here he has been actively involved in youth work, teaching and evangelism. He is married to Terri, who is also a Guildfordian, and their three children, who were all educated in the area, have now left home. John has been teaching in Surrey since 1969 and was the deputy head-teacher of a Comprehensive School in Woking until July 2000. He is still teaching mathematics in Woking, but currently enjoys the freedom of working part-time.
Ian Raisbeck

Ian was brought up in a Christian home and became a Christian when he was 8 years old and was baptised when he was 17. He is married to Trisha and they have three young children, Chloe, Charlotte and Ben, who keep them on their toes. Ian is an Asset Accountant for a well known food chain. He has been a leader since 2003 and has always been particularly involved in youth work.
